Our Mission is to promote the ethos of sustainable living. We support the concept of creating communities that make sense; designing and building life spaces and landscapes that encourage human interaction and the creation of a local, living economy.

Perennial Design Partners was conceived to create wonderful dwellings and neighborhoods that help minimize our impact on the environment, wisely integrated with the physical landscape. Our focus is on small to modest size family homes, simply and functionally designed. They must be comfortable, healthy and inspirational, extremely durable and super-energy-efficient. The energy efficiency is achieved through solar siting and rational choice of materials and systems that balance cost with environmental impact.
